Because we’re asking questions and gathering information upfront, we’re not making assumptions about your expectations. We want to know your motivation for buying or selling (or both!) and we need to know your required time frame so that we’re setting you up for success. We also like to talk to our clients about their long-term goals because we know that real estate helps to build wealth.
