Origin development in Symphony Park: Diving Into Cello Tower

We at the WG Team are excited to share details about a new mixed-use urban development in Symphony Park, featuring the luxurious high-rise, Cello Tower, within the Origin project. Symphony Park is a private master-planned community spanning 61 acres, with Origin occupying 6 of those acres. Origin includes 30,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail and culinary space, and 15,000 square feet for a grocery store.

What sets the Origin development at Symphony Park apart?
Origin stands out due to its private property aspect, with 10-foot-wide sidewalks throughout the community, minimizing transient activity. It offers a more luxurious feel with high-end businesses, culinary experiences, and boutique shops.

    Local Economic Impact
Origin is expected to attract a sophisticated demographic, leading to higher spending and economic growth in the area, benefiting surrounding businesses and the community at large.

    Residential and Commercial Properties
Origin will feature a premium grocery store, and smaller culinary experiences and boutiques to provide an intimate feel for residents and visitors. The Cello Tower itself will offer numerous amenities, including a 14,000 square foot wellness center, guest suites, and extensive indoor-outdoor recreation facilities.

    Amenities and Timeline
Cello Tower boasts 40,000 square feet of amenities, including fitness centers, massage rooms, pools, fire pits, barbecues, and more. Floor plan reservations are currently being accepted, with unit releases starting towards the end of December. The project is anticipated to be completed by late summer or early fall of 2026.

    Opportunities for Local Businesses
The Origin development at Symphony Park aims to enhance the local economy by attracting patrons from the nearby Smith Center and other local establishments, creating a vibrant community.

    Urban Development and Vision
This project introduces a new concept to Las Vegas, promoting pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use living and working spaces, similar to the Gaslamp Quarter in downtown San Diego.

    Expected Demographic
Cello Tower anticipates attracting second and third homeowners, young professionals, medical and legal professionals, and out-of-state occupants due to Nevada’s tax benefits.

    Community Engagement
Origin plans to connect with neighboring businesses and host events to foster a sense of community. Short-term rentals are not allowed, ensuring a stable and owner-occupied environment.

    Tour of Standard Features
Each unit in Cello Tower includes high-end standard amenities such as porcelain countertops, soft-close cabinetry, wine fridges, and LED lighting. Bathrooms feature dual sinks, backlit mirrors, and porcelain tile.
